Yes, I think I sometimes procrastinate like I've no interest and I want to complete until the end to the day.  I procrastinate on the time is become sufficient. I also think my times is very very full! So I think “just play again” Finally, I will get no time:( But I think few of ideas to solve this problem! Do something a little every day, Although maybe we feel nothing, but in the end of day, you will find that a lot of things than you think. 

Q:  What are two of the important aspects of body language you want to improve the most when having an online meeting/class next time? Why? A:I think I want to improve avoiding touching my face and Eye contacts. Because l always touch my nose and play my hair to  cover my nervous ,embarrassed …,So if I have next time to virtual meeting,hope me can improve. Eye contact , I think it’s easy to say,but the action is a little difficult. When you see everybody’s eyes  ,you maybe feel nervous and you don’t know how to speak or report the your speech, so I think the eye contact need to improve the most.

I think the delivery will become so popular because COVID-19. Covid-19 make everyone dare not go out, plus the diagnosis needs to be isolated. In recent years, the global warming relationship has become more and more hot outside. Everyone stays at home and does not want to move, so the delivery platform has risen

Hello Today’s weather is very great,because the temperature is low (22 degree) .I think Autumn is becoming and the temperature difference between the morning and evening. I am very excited about this winter,because it can be wear new clothes and buy many new clothes. By the way, the temperature is cool recently. Everyone must remember to wear many clothes and remember to bring umbrella when you go out.
